These terms govern the use of the Findash website, available at https://findash.app. By using our website, creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” means the Findash SaaS tool for financial management, forecasting, AI insights, and data visualization.‍
• “Website” means the Findash website on which you can find more information, resources & useful guides.‍
• “User” or “You” means any individual or legal entity using the platform.

3. Subscription Terms

• Plans are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless canceled.
• All subscriptions include a 30-day paid trial with full refund rights within this period.
• Annual subscriptions may always be refunded. Within the 30-day paid trial, you'll receive a full refund. Once your trial has ended, you will be refunded back the full unused period with an addition of 30 days which will be deducted on top of the unused period, to prevent abuse of the pricing discount.
• After the trial period, no refunds apply for the ongoing monthly billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time via the Subscription section of their account.
Unused subscription periods will be refunded automatically, minus the 30-day minimum billing term.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You are solely responsible for any actions taken using your credentials.
• You must ensure your payment details are current and valid.

6. Platform Availability

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime. While we take all measures to maintain platform availability, we may perform maintenance or updates occasionally.

7. Support

Support is available 24/7 via email support@findash.app or the contact form. We aim to respond within 12 hours of receiving a request, depending on the urgency of the matter.

8. Data Use Disclaimer

Findash provides automated insights and forecasts but does not offer financial advice.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of projections and shall not be held liable for any business decisions made based on the platform’s output.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of:

• Unpaid invoices
• Abuse of the platform
• Hacking or compromise of account
• Violation of any terms from Findash

Access can be restored upon resolution of the issue (e.g. payment in full).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Findash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and code within the Findash platform remain the intellectual property of Findash B.V.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law and applicable EU regulations.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
